About Me.

I have always been interested in sports, school, and volunteering.  I have a passion for writing and sports, which is why I have my heart set on becoming a sports journalist for many years.  I didn't really know what this career was fully about, and I still don't fully know, so I am very eager to make connections and learn even more about the sports journalist career.  I've been playing basketball since the third grade and I played plenty other sports before really focusing in on playing basketball full time, so I've been surrounded by them essentially my whole life.  Not only do I love playing sports, but I love watching sports and sports shows.  I enjoy watching sports shows that talk about many topics and issues in sports and that allow the people on the show to debate and express their opinions.  Besides for sports, I have prioritized my education and I took pride in doing well in school.  I was granted numerous awards and accomplishments throughout my schooling, especially in high school.  I focused on volunteering throughout high school too and I was the Secretary of Key Club, a volunteering club, from junior to senior year.  Prior to being Secretary, I was an active member my sophomore year too.
